Russ Kubart and his wife Dawn recently moved their home and business from North county inland area to the beautiful coast of Encinitas. We purchased a 1950s bungalow and are in the final stages of a complete renovation, addition and remodel project. We always dreamed of moving to the coast and finally took the leap when we found the perfect property that had the potential we were looking for.  Being a close-knit family we wanted to be near our oldest son, who is studying at UCSD, and to  branch out and live our dream. It has been an experience of tremendous growth and we are looking forward to having community networking and talent show parties for our great coastal community. Russ’s hobby is billiards and Dawns is Dance and creating a true hub for the community.
